I got the wrong item, my item is damaged, or there was a printing error or other defect.
If this could describe your situation, start a return and attach a photo that documents the problem. If we confirm that you received an item that is damaged, defective, or different than what you ordered, we will have a new one sent to you free of charge. No further action is needed, and you get to keep whatever we sent you. Just make sure to do this within 30 days of receiving the order.
I live in the U.S. and I want to return my item for some other reason.
For U.S. customers, you can start a return and send the product back to us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will cover the cost of shipping the return. And we will issue a refund or exchange for the full cost of the item minus the original shipping charge, if applicable.
I live outside the U.S. and I want to return my item for some other reason.
You may also start a return and ship the product back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for customers outside the U.S. As with our domestic customers, we offer international customers 30 days from when they received the order to ship their returns.
